Banana, Mango & Spinach Smoothie
Banana
Frozen Mango
Fresh Baby Spinach
Almond Milk or Coconut Water
1-2 teaspoons of doTERRA Terra Greens
1 scoop doTERRA V Shake or Trim Shake
Place all ingredients in a blender and voilà you have a delicious green smoothie full of vitamins, minerals and protein.
*I usually use one whole banana, a handful or two of frozen mango & a handful of fresh baby spinach. As for the almond milk add as much or as little as you like, depending on the consistency you prefer.*
